Elisabetta Ibba
Of anglo-italian origin, I graduated in Economics to Realise,
as often happens that my interests lie elewhere.
I approached insurance through the fascinating world of Lloyd’s
and from there I started my journey, collaborating with various brokers,
taking the state exam and qualifying for and joining the IVASS register
(regulatory insurance authority) in 1999 to then operate as an underwriting agency
for much of my career.
I love the world and i want to travel far and wide
and for this reason i often flee from my roman base but always with my faithful mac
to give feedback to my colleagues and working partners.
Determined, sincere, optimistic are the adjectives in which i see myself
and i hope others see me.
Of Sri Lankan origins,
but always lived in Rome.
I entered the world of banking and insurance many years ago,
and thanks to the many work experiences I have had,
including insurance companies, and the great teachers I met along the way,
I landed in the world of insurance brokers and that of Lloyd’s Coverholders.
I’m very stubborn and never give up until I reach my goals.
I’m fascinated by everything I don’t know;
I love traveling, animals, and I adore interacting with people.
I was born in Lisbon, where I lived for the first
six years of my life, before moving to Rome,
that is still my home today.
Michela Daga
I began working in the insurance sector at the same time ofthe transition from the Lira to the Euro, and over the years I have witnessed several changes and evolutions in the industry which have become an important part of my professional background.
I always favor team work and cohesion among colleagues because we always have a common goal.
I am sociable, curious, and altruistic.
I love animals and have adopted three in recent years.
Optimistic, extrovert, and determined,
these characteristics have allowed me
to live the many experiences
in my professional life without anxiety.
I will confess my flaws another time.
Massimo Astolfi
I began my insurance career in a large Italian broker,
then worked with various international insurance companies,
returning to the insurance broker world after more than 22 years.
Adding up the various positions I have held, I’m 35 years old.
My passions are sports and music. Boxing and tennis are my current sports,
although I’ve practiced many others in the past.
The same determination I put into sports, I apply to my work.
I never miss a concert of my favorite bands.
I love being around people and listening to them.
